Belco Virtual Solutions provides personalized Virtual Assistant Services to entrepreneurs and businesses around the world. We have a team of highly qualified professionals to assist with a wide range of services such as customer relationship management, email marketing, digital marketing, website designing, administrative tasks and many others. Our experienced Virtual Assistants (VAs) handle the time consuming and repetitive tasks, thereby enabling client companies to spend more time focusing on their core operations and enhancing productivity, while the VAs do the heavy lifting.

Why and how did you start your company?

Tamber Belshaw worked in Corporate America for more than 10 years as a sales representative and when that no longer aligned with her career goals, she started to search for a way to have the income she desired and at the same time comply with all the responsibilities of a mother. She wanted to be able to attend the pumpkin patch field trip and Parents Teacher Association (PTA) days for her child. She worked closely with several small businesses and quickly realized that she really wanted to serve that industry. Hence, she gradually started her virtual assistant business online and within 6 months she decided to start an agency to help connect clients with experienced VAs.

What makes your business, service or product special?
It is truly said that,

We manage the VAs so the clients don’t have to! They get to have their say for all of their team members from social media management to administration tasks and marketing.

What have been your biggest success factors?

Finding clients truly in need and providing quick solutions have proven to be our biggest success factors.

What are the biggest challenges you have faced launching and running the company?

In the beginning, we struggled with niching down the market but with finally investing in a business coach we were able to develop a process and speak to our audience no matter what industry they are in.

Which do you think is most important: the right product, the right market, or the right team?

The right team possessing the right skills, knowledge, experience, flexibility and the urge to learn things which are required and also to unlearn which are no more required is truly indispensable for our business. Further, approaching the right market is another milestone to achieve success.

What are your future plans and aspirations for your company?

We look forward to growing our business by serving small businesses so that they are able to spend all the time on their main task and providing jobs to many more people.

Advice for other entrepreneurs who are just started or want to start?

Get started – Once you begin nothing can hold you back. Challenges, impediments and hindrances are bound to come and block our way but overcoming them and working on them positively will always give a positive outcome along with the robustness and vigour to face all future defiance.
