Nettoyer International Limited offers home management services such as cleaning and fumigation to homes, apartments and offices. It is based out of Kampala, Uganda.
Why and how did you start your company?
The founder of the company Nalubega Annet, worked for several years in hospitality business as a laundry woman wherein she learned about cleaning, organising and providing expert care to guests and patrons and realised that she wants to help the working class people by providing them more work opportunities. Hence, she commenced her company to provide home management services and at the same time provide a pool of opportunities to the working class.
What makes your business, service or product special?
Our services are special because we promptly attend the needs of each and every client to details. We take pride in our work and ensure that our services are top-notch and tailored to meet our clients’ needs.
What has been your biggest success factors?
We are committed to providing the highest level of professionalism in delivering our services. Also, we are flexible to the requirements of our clients at every step.
What are the biggest challenges you have faced launching and running the company?
The beginning was tremendously back breaking and grinding as there were some days when there was no working capital to meet regular day to day expenses.
Which do you think is most important: the right product, the right market, or the right team?
In our line of business, it is very important to have the right team and coworkers who can trust each other since co-ordination and harmony are those building blocks which can create wonders for us.
What are your future plans and aspirations for your company?
We are working hard and burning our midnight oil so that we improve and learn each day and become a leading company in providing home management services across Uganda and the rest of Africa.
Advice for other entrepreneurs who are just started or want to start?
We believe, the secret is beginning, you can never get anywhere until you start. Also, perseverance, consistency and an open attitude of accepting and working on mistakes thereof is the key to those who want to establish their brands in hospitality.
